Refund & Return Policy

At Desi Mukhwas, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products with care, hygiene, and safety. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

All orders placed on the Desi Mukhwas website are processed carefully and prepared as per customer requirements. Therefore, once an order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The estimated delivery time for our products is approximately 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Desi Mukhwas shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the nature of food products, refunds or returns will not be accepted based on personal taste preferences or dissatisfaction after opening the product.

However, a refund or replacement may be considered under the following conditions:

The customer receives a damaged product

The product packaging is broken or tampered with

The product is spilled during delivery

The customer receives an incomplete or incorrect order

In such cases, the customer must:

Inform Desi Mukhwas within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or video proof of the damaged, spilled, or incorrect product

Ensure the product remains unused and in original packaging

Once the complaint is received, Desi Mukhwas will review and investigate the issue. The investigation process may take up to 7–10 working days. Based on the findings, Desi Mukhwas may offer one of the following resolutions:

Replacement of the product, or

Refund of the paid amount

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days after approval.

The decision of Desi Mukhwas regarding refunds and replacements will be final.


Cancellation Policy

Customers can request order cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, the customer must contact our Customer Support team immediately with their order details.

If the cancellation request is approved before processing, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit for future purchases.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Desi Mukhwas also reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity, payment issues, or violation of website terms and conditions is suspected.


Non-Liability Clause

Desi Mukhwas shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Transportation disruptions

Government restrictions

Logistics partner delays

Any unforeseen events or force majeure situations
